§ 50.05 CONTAINERS; PLACEMENT.
   As provided in § 50.04 of this chapter, each individual entity is required to place all garbage in a metal or plastic container or garbage can not less than 20 gallons or more than 32 gallons. Said container or garbage can shall be placed near a public road, street alley or at a place convenient to be picked up for disposal purposes.
