§ 154.999 PENALTY.

A violation of this chapter shall be deemed a misdemeanor and shall be punishable by fine. Any person, firm, or corporation who violates or refuses to comply with any of the provisions of this chapter shall be punished as provided in § 10.99 of this code. Each day a violation is permitted to exist shall constitute a separate offense. In addition to other remedies provided herein, the city may institute any proper action or proceedings to enforce the provisions of this chapter.
