The city shall employ a Code Enforcement Officer to be appointed by the City Manager, whose duties shall include the oversight and enforcement of this chapter, as well as the oversight and enforcement of §§ 93.050 through 93.063 “Weeds and Trash,” of this code including the authority to write citations for violations under this chapter and §§ 93.050 through 93.063. The Code Enforcement Officer shall also serve as the Zoning Administrator with the responsibilities described in § 155.100 of this code.
