Water use restrictions will begin with voluntary implementation beginning February 1 of each year and mandatory implementation beginning April 1, until October 30 of each year. Use restrictions shall include the following restrictions:
(A) Outdoor watering or irrigation of grass and landscaping shall be allowed from 7:00 p.m. through 9:00 a.m. on the following daily schedules for odd and even addresses.
(1) Odd numbered street addresses can water or irrigate on the odd numbered days.
(2) Even numbered street addresses can water or irrigate on the even numbered days.
(B) Car washing at a person’s house shall be allowed on the following schedules:
(1) Odd numbered houses on odd numbered days; and
(2) Even numbered houses on even numbered days.
(C) No watering shall occur between 9:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. except as allowed in § 52.05 of this chapter.
