Violation of any provision of this chapter shall be subject to the penalties described below.
(A) Each day in violation of this chapter shall constitute a separate offense.
(B) Enforcement officials shall provide violators with no more than one written warning.
(C) On the first violation after a written warning the person shall be fined $100.
(D) On the second violation after receiving a written warning the person shall be fined $250.
(E) On the third or subsequent violation the person shall be fined $500.
