11-1-6: PLANNED DEVELOPMENTS:

This Chapter shall apply to all planned developments, as defined in the zoning ordinance. Such developments may be recorded or registered as one lot or parcel; specifications for public improvements and easements required under this Chapter shall apply thereto and variations may be granted as permitted in Section 11-1-15.
