11-1-1: PURPOSE:

This Chapter is adopted for the purpose of regulating the construction of subdivisions. All subdivisions shall conform to these regulations and shall be in conformance with all applicable parts of the Comprehensive Plan Ordinance, hereinafter referred to as the "Plan". (Ord., 2-3-1976)
