An owner of any vacant building shall within thirty (30) days after the building becomes vacant, or within thirty (30) days after the effective date of this chapter, whichever is later, file a registration statement for each such building with the building commissioner on a form provided by the building commissioner. The registration shall be valid for a period of one year from the date of registration. (Ord. O2008-56, 10-7-2008)
