The village engineer may inspect a site as necessary to determine compliance with, and to effectuate the purposes of, this chapter, including, but not limited to, the following:
A. Compliance with the issuance of a notice of suspension or revocation of a permit given pursuant to section 9-13-14 of this chapter;
B. To verify completion of any modifications required as a result of changed site conditions;
C. During and following any rainfall; and
D. Upon receipt of notice that site conditions pose a health or safety risk. (Ord. O2008-46, 8-12-2008)
