A. Information Required: No request for a grading permit shall be reviewed until the following items have been submitted to the village:
1. Application form;
2. Permit fee;
3. If required, four (4) copies of the proposed site grading plan; and
4. Proof of notice to adjacent property owners.
B. Stormwater Management Permit: For land disturbing activities over two thousand five hundred (2,500) square feet in area, or areas located within a regulatory floodplain as established by FEMA or DuPage County, the applicant must instead obtain and satisfy the requirements of the stormwater management permit.
