There is hereby adopted by the village the National Fire Protection Association's national electrical code, 2005 edition, as hereinafter amended (hereinafter the "electrical code" or "NEC"). One copy of the electrical code has been on file in the office of the village clerk for a period of at least thirty (30) days prior to the adoption of these provisions and now is and remains on file in the office of the village clerk, and the same is hereby adopted and incorporated as fully as if set out at length herein. Notwithstanding the provisions of the electrical code, the rules and regulations of this chapter shall apply to all electrical work undertaken in the village. (Ord. O2008-46, 8-12-2008)
