The following sections of the property maintenance code are hereby amended, revised, and changed as follows:
101.1 Title: Add: Village of Hinsdale.
109.6 Hearing: Substitute the word "village" for the word "appeals."
111.0 Means Of Appeal: Delete.

302.4 Weeds: Add: All premises and exterior property shall be maintained free from weeds or plant growth in excess of eight (8) inches.

404.5 Overcrowding: Delete section in its entirety. Insert new language and table as follows:
"Dwelling units shall not be occupied by more occupants than permitted by the minimum area requirements of table 404.5."

602.2 Residential Buildings: Substitute the words "70 degrees F" for the words "65 degrees F (18 degrees C)."
602.3 Heat Supply: Add: October 1 and June 1, substitute "70 degrees F" for "65 degrees F."
604.1 Facilities Required: Add:
"in any case, the following minimum standards shall be observed:
A. Every dwelling unit must be supplied with at least one hundred (100) ampere service."
