There is hereby adopted by the village, the international building code, 2006 edition, as hereinafter amended (hereinafter the "IBC"). One copy of the IBC has been on file in the office of the village clerk for a period of at least thirty (30) days prior to the adoption of these provisions and now is and remains on file in the office of the village clerk, and the same is hereby adopted and incorporated as fully as if set out at length herein. If the provisions of the IBC, as adopted, conflict with or contravene any provision of chapter 1 of this title, the provisions of chapter 1 of this title shall control. (Ord. O2008-46, 8-12-2008)
