No certificate of use and occupancy for any building or structure erected, altered, or repaired after the adoption of this title shall be issued unless such building or structure was erected, repaired, or altered in compliance with the provisions of this title.
When no building permit has been issued and only a change of occupancy or new occupancy at each location or unit is required, each application for such occupancy received by the village shall be accompanied by an occupancy permit fee. (Ord. O2008-46, 8-12-2008)
