8-1-12: USING FIRE APPARATUS:

Only persons with authorization from the fire chief or, in the absence of the fire chief, the firefighter in command shall remove any fire engine, hose, or other apparatus from its place of deposit and use such for any private purpose. (Ord., 12-16-1991)
