HINSDALE ZONING CODE
8-1-10: CLAIMING PROPERTY SAVED FROM FIRE:
Only persons making satisfactory proof of ownership to the fire chief or, in the absence of the fire chief, the firefighter in command shall be entitled to claim any property saved by the fire department from a fire. (Ord., 12-16-1991)
