HINSDALE ZONING CODE
8-1-8: REMOVING PROPERTY TO PREVENT SPREAD OF FIRE:
The fire chief, or in the absence of the fire chief, the firefighter in command at a fire may cause property to be removed and buildings to be torn down or destroyed when necessary to prevent the spread of fire to other property. (Ord., 12-16-1991)
