7-1-11: VEHICLES ON WALKS:
   A.   No person shall cause a wagon, cart, automobile, truck or other vehicle to cross over any sidewalk or curb unless it be in crossing the same to go in a yard or lot where no other suitable crossing or means of access is provided, and in such case only when such sidewalk or curb shall have been fully protected against injury therefrom. (Ord., 4-18-1967)
   B.   All crosswalks in the village shall be kept free from any vehicles or other obstructions, except so far as may be necessary in crossing the same. (1965 Code § 10-1.29)
