Any owner, lien holder or other person with a legal interest in the vehicle, shall have the right to appeal the decision of the Hearing Officer to the Circuit Court, pursuant to the Administrative Review Act, 735 Illinois Compiled Statutes 5/3-101 et seq., as amended. (Ord. O2008-45, 8-12-2008)
