HINSDALE ZONING CODE
5-8-12: REVOCATION OF PERMIT:
The Chief of Police shall have the authority to revoke a competitive race permit issued hereunder upon violation of either the Standards for Issuance as set forth in Section 5-8-4 or the Permit Conditions as set forth in Sections 5-8-9 and 5-8-10. (8-18-81)
