5-8-8: NOTICE TO VILLAGE AND OTHER OFFICIALS:

Immediately upon the issuance of a competitive race permit, the Chief of Police shall send a copy thereof to the following:

A. The President and Board of Trustees.

B. The Village Manager.

C. The Village Attorney.

D. The Fire Chief.

E. The Director of the Department of Public Services. (12-16-91)
