5-8-6: APPEAL PROCEDURE:

Any person aggrieved shall have the right to appeal the denial of a competitive race permit to the President and Board of Trustees. The appeal shall be taken within fifteen (15) days after notice. The President and Board of Trustees shall act upon the appeal at the next regular Board meeting after its receipt.
