HINSDALE ZONING CODE
5-7-13: EXCEPTION FOR GUIDE DOGS:
The provisions of this Chapter shall not apply to dogs used as guides for visually impaired persons, commonly known as seeing eye dogs; provided, however, that such dogs shall be licensed, without fee, pursuant to Section 5-7-2 of this Chapter. (Ord., 2-3-1987)
