5-7-9: DANGEROUS ANIMALS:

No person shall keep, harbor, own, or otherwise maintain a dangerous animal in the village. The Hinsdale police department may cause to be killed any dangerous animal when necessary for the immediate protection of any person or animal. The Hinsdale police department shall deliver the body of any such animal to the Hinsdale animal shelter for a rabies examination. (Ord., 2-3-1987)
