5-1-13: APPEARING AS WITNESS:

Police officers shall appear as witnesses whenever necessary in a prosecution for violation of a federal or state statute or village ordinance. No officer shall receive witness fees for such service in any action or proceeding to which the village is a party. (Ord., 12-16-1991)
