Any person violating any provision of this chapter shall be fined not less than five dollars ($5.00) nor more than five hundred dollars ($500.00) for each offense; and a separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day a diseased tree or portion thereof remains on the premises more than ten (10) days after notice has been given in accordance with the provisions of this chapter.
