Where the owner fails to remove the tree within the thirty (30) day period of the notice and the tree is removed by the village, the director of public services is directed to record a lien for the cost of removal with the recorder of deeds. Said lien shall set forth the following:
A. A description of the real estate.
B. The amount of money representing the cost and expense incurred for removing the tree and disposing thereof.
C. The date when such cost was incurred by the village.
This lien shall be recorded within sixty (60) days after the cost is incurred by the village. (Ord. O2011-50, 11-15-2011)
