2-13-4: REPORTS:
The commission shall promptly make reports of its recommendations, comments, and activities to the board of trustees. The village president may include on an agenda for a meeting of the board of trustees any matter related to the commission that the president determines is of such a nature or importance as to merit prompt review by the board of trustees.
