§ 130.02 TREE AND SHRUBBERY DAMAGE.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any person in any way to damage, injure or mutilate any shade trees, bush or shrub growing in the streets, parks, cemetery or public grounds of the city or to hitch teams or horses or animals to any shade tree or to the fence or other protection erected around any shade tree or to permit any shade tree to be damaged by any horses, cattle or other animals owned by or in the possession or control of the person.
   (B)   It shall be the duty of the County Sheriff to arrest forthwith any person found doing any damage to said shade trees, flowers or shrubbery or violating any of the provisions of this section and take him or her before a city justice for trial.
