(A) Any person, firm or corporation who violates any provision of this chapter for which another penalty is not specifically provided shall be penalized as provided in § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.

(B) (1) Violation of § 130.03(D)(1), (D)(2) and (D)(3) of this chapter will be prosecuted pursuant to M.S. Ch. 260B, as it may be amended from time to time, and will be subject to the penalties therein.
(2) Violation of § 130.03(D)(4) or (D)(5) of this chapter shall be a misdemeanor, punishable as provided in division (A) above.
