§ 130.01 DISORDERLY CONDUCT; PUBLIC INDECENCY.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any person or persons upon any of the public streets or within the corporate limits of the city to, in any manner whatsoever, disturb the peace and good order of the city by shouting, yelling, singing or screaming or by the use of loud, obscene, profane or vulgar language or by fighting, quarreling, discharging firearms or in any other manner whatsoever.
   (B)   It shall be unlawful for any person to appear or be upon the public streets or in any public place in the city nude or in any indecent or lewd dress, or to indecently expose his or her person or indulge in filthy, lewd, indecent or insulting conduct, language or behavior.
   (C)   It shall be and is hereby made the duty of the County Sheriff to forthwith arrest any person found violating any of the provisions of this section and at once take such person before one of the city justices to be dealt with according to law.
