§ 112.48 SALES RESTRICTIONS.
   (A)   All items accepted by a licensee at a licensed location in the city shall be for pledge or sale through a licensed location in the city.
   (B)   No licensee under this chapter shall sell any items which are transferred from a non-licensed facility or a licensed facility outside the city.
