§ 112.99 PENALTY.

In addition to any sanctions that may be imposed against a licensee under this chapter, any person violating any provision of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be punished as provided in § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
