In abating the nuisances defined in § 93.05 of this chapter, the Forester shall cause the removed tree or wood to be effectively treated so as to destroy and prevent, as fully as possible, the spread of the disease. Such abatement procedures shall be carried out in accordance with methods prescribed by the Commissioner of Agriculture.
