The Ethics Board will meet the third Tuesday of each January to elect a chair and a vice-chair from among its regular members, and to set a plan for any obligations for the year, including any annual reports, reviews of disclosures, and the like. A majority of the regular members is required for the Ethics Board to take any action. The chair, or a majority of the regular members, may call a meeting of the Ethics Board.
