§ 40.30 COMPLICITY WITH OR KNOWLEDGE OF OTHERS’ VIOLATIONS.
   No officer or employee may, directly or indirectly, induce, encourage, or aid anyone to violate any provision of this chapter. If an officer or employee knows, or has reasonable suspicion to believe, that someone has violated this chapter, they are required to report it to the Ethics Board pursuant to § 40.77 of this chapter.
