(A) An officer, employee, or municipal candidate may not request or authorize anyone else to request that any subordinate, or potential future subordinate, participate, or not participate, in any political activity, including the making of a campaign contribution.
(B) An officer, employee, or municipal candidate may not engage in any political activity for the city: while on duty or in uniform; using city funds, supplies, vehicles, or facilities; or during any period of time in which they are normally expected to perform services for the city for which compensation is paid.
