§ 130.04 DISCHARGE OF DANGEROUS INSTRUMENTALITY.

No person shall cast, throw, propel or discharge any missile, arrow, spear, or any other item which may cause injury to a person or animal on any street, alley, other public place, or across property boundary lines within the city limits.
