§ 130.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Whoever violates any of the provisions of this chapter for which no specific penalty is otherwise provided, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be fined not more than five hundred dollars ($500) for each offense.
   (B)   Any person who shall violate, neglect or refuse to comply with any of the provisions of § 130.03 shall, upon conviction thereof, forfeit or pay a fine of not less than ten dollars ($10), nor more than two hundred dollars ($200), together with court cost, and in default of payment thereof, shall be imprisoned in the county jail for a period not the exceed 30 days.
   (C)   Any person violating the terms of § 130.05 shall be subject to a fine of not less than fifty dollars ($50) nor more than one hundred dollars ($100) for the first offense. For the second and subsequent offense the minimum fine shall be not less than one hundred dollars ($100) and not more than five hundred dollars ($500).
