(A) Whoever violates any provision of this chapter for which no other penalty is specifically provided shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be fined not less than twenty dollars ($20) nor more than five hundred dollars ($500).
(B) Any person who violates § 71.26 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be fined not less than sixty dollars ($60) nor more than five hundred dollars ($500), or be imprisoned in the county jail for not more than thirty (30) days, or both.

(C) Whoever violates the weight limits established in § 71.28 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be fined not less than sixty ($60) nor more than five hundred dollars ($500).
(D) Any person who violates § 71.35 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be fined not more than two hundred fifty dollars ($250) or imprisoned for not more than ninety (90) days, or both.
