§ 39.67 DOG WARDEN.
   (A)   Duties. The Dog Warden shall be responsible for:
      (1)   Enforcing all of the requirements of Ordinance 74 and all appropriate Kentucky Revised Statutes dealing with the protection of the public and animals.
      (2)   Maintaining all records relating to the operation of the office.
      (3)   Filing any and all required federal and/or state forms.
      (4)   Meeting with and answering questions from the public.
   (B)   Qualifications. The applicant for the position of Dog Warden shall have graduated from high school or have a high school equivalency certificate; and be at least twenty-one (21) years of age, and have no felony convictions.
   (C)   Tenure. The person filling this position shall be employed and/or terminated by action of the Mayor.
