§ 36.01  DISCRIMINATION ON THE BASIS OF DISABILITY STATUS; GRIEVANCE PROCEDURE.
   (A)   There is on file at the office of the City Clerk/Treasurer a grievance procedure for anyone who believes they may have been discriminated against by the city based on disability status with respect to federally funded programs.  These grievance procedures are incorporated herein by reference as if enumerated herein in full.  These procedures may be obtained by contacting the City Clerk/Treasurer who shall forward a copy to any party requesting them.
   (B)   The administration of these procedures and related federal and state regulations shall be the responsibility of the executive authority of the city.
   (C)   These procedures may be amended by ordinance to comply with court directives or additional federal or state regulations.
