§ 52.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.
   (B)   Any person, firm or corporation who violates § 52.02 will be subject to fines of $50 per day for each separate day a violation continues. Costs of collection and reasonable attorney fees may also be assessed against any violator.
