§ 51.01 COLLECTION AND DISPOSAL SERVICES.

Commencing 1-1-1999, the town shall provide solid waste collection and disposal services to all residences within the corporate limits of the town by contracting with an independent contractor to provide such services. The town shall comply with I.C. 36-9-30-5 in entering into each such contract.
