§ 50.01 SEWER AND WATER DEPOSITS.

(A) Any owner of real estate or renter of real estate wishing to establish an account for sewer or water services with the town shall be required to pay a $150 deposit before any utility services shall be rendered by the town.

(B) Upon termination of the utility services, the town is authorized to apply the $150 deposit towards any unpaid balance owed by the owner or renter.
