Payments of civil penalties must be made by money order or a bank cashier’s check. These payments may be made in person to the Town Clerk-Treasurer at the office during normal business hours or mailed to the Town Clerk-Treasurer at PO Box 95 Hillsboro, IN 47949-0095 or to another agent designated by the Town Council.
