§ 34.02 VIOLATIONS CLERK DESIGNATED.
   (A)   As set forth under I.C. 33-36-2-3, the Violations Clerk may accept the following:
      (1)   Written appearances;
      (2)   Waivers of trial;
      (3)   Admissions of violations; and
      (4)   Payment of civil penalties of not more than $100; in ordinance violations cases, subject to the schedule as prescribed under I.C. 33-36-3 by the legislative body, the civil penalties shall be paid to, receipted and accounted for by the Clerk-Treasurer of the town under the procedures provided by the State Board of Accounts.
   (B)   Such payments may be receipted to the General Fund.
