§ 33.37 FUND 257.

Fund 257 be established and the funds received as part of the special distribution be allocated as follows: 75% be placed into Fund 257 and used for local road and streets budgeted for budget year 2017 and 25% be placed into the Town Rainy Day Fund and be used as allowed per town Ord. 04-02 (codified in § 33.36 above).
