In view of the fact that Duke of Indiana claims are now being received bearing penalty dates preceding town regular monthly meetings of the Town Council, the Clerk-Treasurer is now given authority to pay such Duke bills before penalty date when it falls before the regular monthly meeting, with later presentation at meeting for action on such payment.
