§ 112.01 LIQUOR RETAILER'S PERMITS.
   Pursuant to I.C. § 7.1-3-9-3, the Town of Hillsboro consents to the issuance of liquor retailer's permits for the sale of spiritous beverages to applicants otherwise qualified under the rules and regulations of the Alcoholic Beverage Commission.
